She studied creative writing and drawing at the Pratt Institute and shortly after founded &lt;a title="Small Anchor" href="http://www.smallanchorpress.com" target="_blank"&gt;Small Anchor Press&lt;/a&gt;. After living abroad in China where she taught English, produced and directed &lt;a title="Lonely Christopher " href="http://www.goodreads.com/author/show/4094832.Lonely_Christopher" target="_blank"&gt;Lonely Christopher&lt;/a&gt;’s internationally controversial &lt;em&gt;Gay Plays&lt;/em&gt;, and explored the most remote regions of Tibet’s Kham, she moved back to New York City to pursue further studies at NYU. She recently received her MFA and continues to write and make art in Brooklyn, NY.&lt;/p&gt;
